The open style of this Sumich Chaplin-designed beach house nestled amongst the pines at Matarangi flows easily from indoor to out.

ECC did the lighting design for the house, working alongside interior designer Jen Pack. Feature lighting includes the Morae pendant from Santa & Cole in the main living area and Talo pendant by Artemide over the kitchen bench. Tolomeo Faretto wall lights, a variation to the classic Tolomeo desk lamp, are used as bedside lighting.

Neutron inground uplights and Stealth Linear lights illuminate the exterior.

The interior is complemented by the natural finish of the Log coffe table. Ninix table and chairs in the sheltered courtyard offers extendable seating when guests are around.
