A contemporary architectural masterpiece completed in 2017, designed by SAOTA, featuring luxurious living spaces, meticulous craftsmanship, and breathtaking sea views, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and modern elegance for owners Michael and Katherine Mc Donald.

Welcome to Queens Road House, a magnificent architectural masterpiece completed in 2017. Designed in collaboration with renowned Cape Town firm, SAOTA, this contemporary marvel stands tall over four levels, offering a truly luxurious living experience. The owners, Michael and Katherine Mc Donald, sought to create a haven that seamlessly blends high-end craftsmanship with breathtaking sea views.

Step inside and be captivated by the meticulous attention to detail. Every corner of this multi-level dwelling exudes elegance and sophistication. From the underfloor heating that warms each floor to the exposed concrete finishes that exude a sense of modernity, no expense has been spared in ensuring the utmost comfort and style.

As you explore, you'll discover that even the smallest features have been carefully thought out. The deck, adorned with on-site made exposed concrete tiles, beckons you to relax and take in the panoramic vistas. The external walls, constructed from sturdy concrete blocks, guarantee durability and security. And the generous overhangs on the Westside protect you from the intense afternoon sun, while still allowing you to revel in the awe-inspiring views of the mountains and ocean.
