This contemporary single level home sits on a large hill site in Katikati. Utilising low maintenance materials, this light airy home was designed to focus on the outstanding 360 degree views of Tauranga Harbour to the east and the Kaimai range to the south and west. The client wanted a contemporary single level home utilising resilient low maintenance materials; a light open home with a focus on the homes outstanding views. A key interior feature of the home is a large Tasmanian Blackwood sloping ceiling which again leads the eye to the spectacular view of the harbour.
