A spacious multi-generational family residence in Lynfield, Auckland, featuring expansive views, covered outdoor entertaining areas, a gym, and advanced automation systems, all designed for low maintenance and elderly care accessibility.
A large family home suitable for multi-generational use, a guest reception area and multiple entertaining areas were the clients brief.
Located on an elevated site in Lynfield, Auckland this large family home needed to harness the expansive views of Manukau Heads to the south west and the city outlook to the east.
Having covered outdoor areas for entertaining, space for a gym and large bedrooms were important to the owners. They also wanted a lift for elderly care and the home had to be low maintenance.
A key interior feature of the home is the large Tasmanian Blackwood sloping ceiling which covers the lounge and dining area. The systems and automation in this home are extensive and tablet controlled blinds, lighting scene control and multi room sound are just some of the fruity bits design for the home.
