A 1955 golf course home revitalized with New England architectural influences, featuring gables, traditional details, luxury finishes, and bespoke interiors that reflect the owners' vision for elegance and character.
This original a 1955 home is set on the golf course at Mount Maunganui. The owners wanted to reinvigorate the original style of the home with a hint of New England architecture and create a bespoke traditional haven. The use of gables and intricate traditional features were used to enhance character. Weatherboards and boxed corners co-exist with pre-existing blockwork, painted a similar colour. Throughout the interior, luxury fittings and finishes adorn the living spaces and continue the New England theme. Painted panelled walls, marble benchtops and pewter handles all cry elegance and were a testament to the clients involvement in the process.
