BRIEF:
Our client purchased the site with plans to build a family home on the rural property.
DESIGN CONSTRAINTS:
Constraints of bush fire management and planning controls
DESIGN RESOLUTION:
We inherited a planning permit with conditions for a horse stables designed by Architect Barnaby Chiverton. My client required changes to be made to suit his family needs and a brief to create a vineyard. By refining the design and making planning adjustments we created the new family home and work shed. The owners worked direct with the builder for the construction process.
