Metisse is a French fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Potts Point. Placed in the historic Art Deco building ‘Barcelona’ on the corner of Roslyn Street, the ceiling-high windows of Metisse surround it from three sides, giving it a light and airy feel.
The restaurant was founded in 2019 by Chef Opel Khan and his wife Julie.
Today, Metisse has evolved into a successful luxury restaurant, providing a culinary adventure for fine dining enthusiasts.

Using two high quality Australian Porcelains, we have created colour variations that have distinct, yet subtle differences.
The greys mixed in our white porcelain give clean grey colours with a slight blue undertone, whilst the colours mixed in the cream porcelain have a slightly more earthy and green undertone.
