After a year-long journey, we're thrilled to reveal the stunning transformation of this charming Kapiti Coast abode. Our meticulous efforts have breathed new life into every corner of the home, from the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms to the ensuite, two inviting living rooms, and the cozy bedrooms.
The inviting entrance, graced by cherished aviation memorabilia, welcomes you into the captivating style that defines the entire home. It serves as a heartfelt tribute to cherished memories with grandad.
Our design journey was inspired by our client's deep passion for retro home decor. Drawing from this inspiration, we meticulously crafted a modern home design infused with the timeless appeal of mid-century style. The end result is a living space that radiates both comfort and cohesion, all centred around the captivating presence of two vibrant wool rugs.
This Modern Mid-century design flows seamlessly, effortlessly connecting both living spaces. It's a delightful and unified aesthetic that threads its way throughout the entire house, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
The colour palette we've carefully chosen—chartreuse, olive green, teal, smoky turquoise blue, ochre, and sage green—beautifully complements the rich warmth of walnut wood. Together, they create an ambiance that welcomes you home with open arms.
To achieve our vision, we've designed bespoke furniture pieces and special cushions, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with the desired look. Our selection of textured and patterned fabrics further enhances the Modern Mid-century style, adding depth and character to each space.
Additionally, we have thoughtfully incorporated wallpaper into key areas such as the living room, powder room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. This artistic touch infuses every room with its own unique character, adding an extra layer of charm to our mid-century masterpiece.
