Our role on the project was Technical Consultant and Engineer to the Contract.

We were involved from the early stages of the project prior to concept design. During the early phases of the project we worked with stakeholders to establish a clear design brief to be used when procuring consultants and contractors.  We provided advice to the Tasman District Council representative regarding the strategy and the details for high level optioneering, consultant and contractor procurement, selection of design build contractor and final negotiation, writing and negotiating NZS:3916 design build contract.

Once construction commenced we provided the Engineer to the Contract role however continued to offer additional advise on various technical construction issues.
