Office Fit Out

Client: 2-57 Willis St Ltd Project Type: Commercial, Fit-out Project Manager: Jack Player, Dan Bradley Location: Willis Street, Wellington We were engaged by our client to perform full project management and construction management services. Our role was to act as the clients representative and included the engagement of all sub-contractors and suppliers direct to the client along with onsite co-ordination of trades for successful delivery of the project. We managed all trade co-ordination, pre-Contract and onsite HSE, quality control and regulatory inspections and was delivered on budget and to a very strict timeframe. The project is the only certified Climate Positive co-working/shared office space in Aotearoa and was also a trial for a revolutionary new framework for managing onsite contractor mental health, CONVOS in Construction. In August 2022 two/fiftyseven won excellence at the Property Industry Awards for the RCP Commercial Office Property Award and the Resene Green Building Property Award.
