At Designate we provide a range of services to our clients including residential and commercial design, alterations, extensions and documentation. Tim Russell, our Director, heads up a team of dedicated and friendly Architectural Technicians who together approach each project with professionalism and integrity.

We focus on providing quality designs that deliver on the client brief. We’re committed to listening to our clients’ needs and wishes and developing these into creative and functional designs whilst being mindful of client budgets. Our extensive experience in documentation and established relationships with local Councils means a smoother experience through any building and resource consent applications.

Based on Auckland’s North Shore we work on a range of projects Auckland-wide.
