Located within the landscape of Mulgrave which has seen significant and rapid environmental change. The context of this suburb influenced the design, focusing heavily on incorporating greenery and landscaping throughout.

The development was considered for a variety of cliental, highlighting the diversity of the residents within the area. Despite this diversity, the designs throughout wanted to emphasise a luxury throughout in the selection of materiality.

The development throughout the design articulates massed forms which have been manipulated to create programmatic resolutions which enable users to benefit from an architecturally considered home. The fluid landscaping throughout the site is meant to juxtapose the massed forms of the townhouses developed.
