“Our family recently built a new home with Narley Construction; from beginning to end we have been very happy with the entire build process. Upfront we set a budget and a reasonably tight time frame to complete the project, Tom and his team met both, no surprises, open friendly communication and we moved into our home on the exact day we targeted! Tom, Lisa and their team operate a great business; I had built a couple of times with franchised building companies previously and decided to try a smaller local niche option for this project. I’m really pleased that I did, the advantages are; More friendly personal contact, a better price point without franchise fees being pasted through to national franchisors, the owner (Tom) overseeing the build as the project manager, a great group of guys who work in the business and are not contracted in on a build by build basis.
