New Yorker Office

A strong architectural statement for alocal property developer.
With a sleek, glazed façade that wraps around the site’s most prominent corner at York and Clarke Streets, the building makes a strong architectural statement. The design features a setback of the top two stories that prevents the mass of the building from being overbearing and provides tenants of the upper two levels with 360-degree views across Melbourne.
