The construction of three two storied apartment buildings totalling 14 apartments and site retaining walls. A simple design allowing for rib raft concrete floors, timber framing and mid-floor construction. Each building was clad in weatherboards, Titan fibre cement sheets and brick veneer feature columns. External balconies are complemented with Clearspan Settler Balustrading.

A narrow time-frame and tight access way, meant the project required detailed programming and acute quality assurance procedures to be implemented, ensuring delivery before Christmas.
The project was successfully handed over on time and on budget.
