Borman Village.

Borman Village, in Flagstaff, Hamilton,provides everything you could possiblyneed. The hamlet, being a prominentsuburb in the area, is equipped with all ofthe necessities to facilitate communityexpansion. Many of the establishments inBorman Village, such as a medical centerand a superette, contributed to theproject's success. Lobell’s task was to build three ofthe five new structures, which took roughlytwo years. With all five buildings being putout to competitive tender, Lobell was proudof their success. This positive encounter between Keith andLobell lead to the opportunity of pricingPragma projects and building a greatrelationship. In June 2017 Lobell beganconstruction on one of the building sites ofBorman village .The building was completed in justover seven months, and Client had a ‘’greatrepour with our Site Foreman and Project Manager’’. In April 2018, Lobell Construction was hiredagain and a secondbuilding was constructed for Pragma atBorman Village. The Client was not only impressed with Lobell'shigh-quality work, but also with theprofessionalism demonstrated withfortnightly site meetings held by Lobell's Managing Director and attended to by the Lobell team, this allowed for open communication andtrust with all project participants, allowing forminor adjustments and enhancements to bediscussed freely for the greatest results. Next, was the medical center, this was to beLobell Constructions third build within thevillage, working along side the client, the Lobell team began construction in May2019, finishing in March 2020. According to the client Lobell has remarkable building quality and wasimpressed by Lobell Construction's degree ofdedication.
