This project was a major renovation where we changed the entire front of the building, stripped the house from top to bottom, We added a new double garage, landscaped, new driveway was built. In addition we modified a self contained unit below the house so the owners could live there whilst we completed the renovation upstairs. The front deck and porch of the property were removed and we added a stunning balcony and deck to keep the character of the villa. There were many walls that had to be moved internally to create more space. We re-wired, re-lined, fully insulated, re-roofed, painted, repaired and polished the timber floors. We replaced many of the joinery units, added a scullery, bathrooms and a fireplace and added a deck to the rear of the property.
