Oriental Bay House
The architecturally designed, award winning home set on prime Oriental Bay in Wellington as completed by the Holmes team in 2015. With expansive views out over the Wellington harbour, extensive glazing, angular lines, and hidden courtyards, this home was a joy to construct.
A challenging site meant the ability to deliver materials and works on time was of paramount importance. Holmes delivered on the project and we're proud to be behind this award winning masterpiece.
