Calida worked with award winning design firm, Luchetti Krelle, to reinvent a new wing of Canberra’s Ovolo Nishi hotel, creating 17 new rooms in a space previously occupied by internal offices. The new wing includes 14 Snug Sun rooms, designed for the overnight corporate traveller, which are neat and compact making clever use of the limited space. Exposed concrete and recycled timber are offset with original Australian artworks and luxe ensuite bathrooms.
