Pauanui House by Bespoke Interior Design

Located in the Pauanui Waterways this unique holiday home stands out from its neighbours as a classic, contemporary success. It however doesn’t brag and its tonal concrete formwork and black steel features enforce its sense of belonging, melding into the landscape, enhancing its magnificent views.

The detailing is exceptional and took incredible skill to fold the steel window surrounds and create the concrete-formed walls. Bespoke Interior Design selected all exterior finishes.
The Interior is a delicious mix of the formed concrete and black steel wrapping inside, alongside a warm yet contemporary palette. Petrol/diesel coloured timber floorboards and veneer with a slightly contrasting light putty oak veneer. Stone tiles in bathrooms, aged iron tapware, venetian plaster features and sophisticated paint colours that look amazing night and day. All interior fixtures, finishes and fittings by Bespoke Interior Design.
The Kitchen is a gorgeous mix of Taj Mahal granite, the darker custom veneer, aged iron tapware, granite composite sink.
The lighting throughout was carefully created to enhance the space in a background way.
A custom furniture package was created for our client to further enhance and reinforce the design ethos. We selected, curated, created and procured to the doorstep. Even commissioned a piece of art to start the collection off!
The comfort and peace this house exudes is a testament to the brevity of the client, and his trust in the Architects and Designers involved.
