Viewed from the garden, the front elevation presents a simple architectural form clad in black corrugated metal. Native planting softens the building and strengthens its connection to the landscape.
Operable perforated metal screens slide open to reveal the sheltered internal courtyard. The enclosed outdoor room forms the heart of the home, connecting directly to the dining space beyond.

The internal courtyard sits beneath a glazed skillion roof that fills the space with natural light. Timber linings, lush planting and an outdoor dining table create a protected garden room at the centre of the house.

The open-plan living spaces are organised around the internal garden. From the dining room, views extend through the kitchen to the outdoor dining area, staircase and lush courtyard beyond, all unified by plywood ceilings and timber flooring.
Built-in seating creates a comfortable gathering space within the living room. Upholstered in green fabric, it frames views across the landscape towards the ocean beyond.
The staircase is screened by a contemporary timber feature wall that filters light and views. A vibrant linear lightbox artwork introduces colour and personality to the circulation space.
A Woodsman fireplace anchors the living room, creating a warm and inviting space. Oak flooring and carefully selected furniture reinforce the home's natural material palette.
The study overlooks the internal garden, creating a calm workspace connected to nature. Green carpet introduces warmth while views extend towards the sculptural staircase beyond.
Viewed from the garden, the internal courtyard is enclosed by timber screening and lush planting. The space acts as a sheltered outdoor room at the centre of the home.
The front elevation combines black corrugated metal cladding with finely detailed aluminium joinery and a distinctive metal eyebrow, creating a refined contemporary coastal façade.
The operable perforated screens slide open to reveal the main bedroom while maintaining privacy and shelter. The adaptable façade responds to changing light, weather and patterns of occupation.
