The Construction Journey for Pavilion On The Park:
Balmain & Co were awarded the construction of Pavilion On The Park in early 2021.
The concept boasted opulence with an exquisite design by Selwyn Blackstone Architect.
Construction Update: October 2021
The slab on ground level is currently underway on site at Pavilion, which will be followed by precast core and columns, the curved ramp and level B1 slab works scheduled to progress throughout November.
Installation of the tower crane is due to take place in the coming weeks which will see the structure of this wonderful project designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect continue to progress.
Construction Update: December 2021
With the tower crane now installed at Pavilion on the Park, concrete pours for the two-level curved ramp and ground floor transfer slab have taken place. The site team is on track for completion of the level one slab before the year’s end, along with the commencement of the precast façade panels on the South and West elevations.
As the structure continues rise out of the basement, Pavilion’s form designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect will begin to take shape.
Construction Update: February 2022
Construction continues to progress on site at Pavilion as the building’s form, designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect establishes its street presence now that the structure is out of the ground.
The new year kicked off with concrete pours for the slabs on levels 3 and 4, with level 5 due to be completed in the coming weeks. Formwork has been stripped on the basement levels and up to level 2, with the concrete defecting process currently underway in these areas. Temporary amenities will be moving into the basement later this month, along with commencement of high-level services rough-in and wall framing.
Construction Update: March 2022
The luxury residences at Pavilion on the Park, designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect, continue to take shape as Balmain & Co progress through the construction stages. Lightweight steel framing installation on Level-5 is now complete along with façade defecting process and rough-in on Levels-1 through to 3. The lightweight truss system installation is currently underway on site which will be followed by the construction of the roof due to take place later this month. Balcony waterproofing, window shroud installation and fence footing works have all commenced and will progress throughout April.
Construction Update: June 2022
Since our last update the roof plant and services rough-in are now complete at Pavilion on the Park, along with external cladding on levels 1 to 3, and the perimeter scaffold erection. The exterior of the building, designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect, will continue to progress with the window installation, feature screen works, external painting and aluminum cladding works due to commence in the coming weeks.
Construction Update: September 2022
External cladding, feature screen works and external painting are nearing completion. Now that the scaffold has been dismantled the striking exterior features are on full display - just a taste of what's to come as construction progresses at Pavilion On The Park.
Construction Update: March 2023
We are now on the home stretch at Pavilion On The Park with the final clean underway and the last of the finishing touches almost complete.
It won't be long until the new residents can move into their beautiful new homes at Pavilion On The Park.
