“The name is derived from the client’s intent to plant themselves in a new area and build many memories with their family. With both escarpment and water views, drawing from nature’s palette was the preference.”

“The kitchen is centred around practicality, to serve a family with grandkids. The finishes, Spotted Gum timber joinery, flooring and ceiling let the stone have its moment. Taj Mahal Quarzite was selected for the neutral benchtops and splashbacks, while a feature organic-shaped seating area was carefully crafted out of Patagonian Quarzite. Leaf imprints and rock fossils in the stone can be explored while enjoying breakfast.”

“The master ensuite has a combination of earthy natural stones. Travertine ‘kit kat’ tiles form the curved shower, while limestone tiles with fossils are used everywhere else. The petrified timber vanity was selected because of its rare crystallisation, and our clients loved knowing they were the only ones with this stone.”

“Throughout the home, the palette remains very simple. Linen curtains line the walls, spotted gum is consistent throughout the home, with Brodware fittings, and Buster and Punch Lighting. It is all very balanced and refined.”
