Our clients wanted to build a home that would wrap around an existing outdoor fireplace on their block of family land. The house needed to be single-story, with the living area opening out onto a courtyard. The black color steal and cedar cladding on the exterior set the interior finishes tone. The high stud and large windows mean there is an abundance of natural light, polished concrete flooring, underfloor heating, fully tiled bathrooms, and a designer kitchen complete the build. The thoughtful design and high spec finishes have created a functional, bold, and contemporary home.
