This original early 1900’s villa in Ponsonby has undergone a major renovation inside & out. It was important to still maintain some character aspects of the villa while also creating a beautiful modern home. A new garage with internal access was built as well as a grand staircase & character balustrade to provide street appeal & give the impression it was always there. Inside, the villa was completely renovated to modernise it while keeping a touch of character throughout the home by using elements such as colonial trim, wardrobe louvered doors, a claw bath & colonial cabinetry & tapware.
