Project J

About the ProjectRich in texture and full of unexpected details, Project J by DesignScout Interiors brings together an eclectic mix of natural stone, sculptural forms, expressive colour and beautifully crafted finishes. Each space has its own distinct personality, yet there's a sense of cohesion throughout. The kitchen is particularly striking, with a monumental bronze-clad island, dramatically veined stone and dark timber cabinetry creating a space that feels as much like a gallery as it does a kitchen. Elsewhere, the laundry takes a more playful approach, pairing soft green cabinetry with botanical wallpaper, tonal tiles and warm metallic accents. The bathrooms offer another perspective, combining richly grained timber, patterned floors, natural stone and statement lighting. Throughout these distinctly different spaces, Castella's Cast Collection provides a common thread. Individually sandcast in solid bronze, the collection's irregular textures and subtle variations in surface and finish complement the home's adventurous approach to materiality. From understated pulls against dark kitchen cabinetry to warm bronze knobs in the laundry and sculptural details across the bathrooms, the collection takes on a different character in each setting.
