A spacious two-level penthouse with sweeping views over the treetops to Manly Beach and the Pacific, Promenade’s stark interiors needed a refresh.

Our client’s brief prioritised two things: creating a flowing sense of open space that would enhance natural light and further accentuate their magnificent coastal panoramas; and establishing a new sense of cosiness within their treasured home.

Achieved over several months, Cadence & Co’s carefully considered and executed renovation has brought a new language to the apartment’s interiors, transforming Promenade to a beautifully welcoming residence with a freshly tailored contemporary coastal design.

New textures and finishes create softness and warmth; custom lighting defines and softly highlights intimate interior spaces; and an inset glass fronted fireplace grounds the primary living room, affording an inviting space to nestle on a winter’s day, savouring vistas of sand, sky, and sea.

Integration of the ensuite into the master bedroom on the upper penthouse level elevates the sense of luxury, with the opportunity to enjoy the expansive views from the tub.
