Prudence Home

Stunning new home which combines contemporary design, classic architectural proportions and traditional craftsmanship.  Set on a section landscaped to maximise outdoor living space and planted with a mix of native shrubs and feature trees, this is a home to be proud of.   The classic, elegant architecture is clad in red cedar with double glazed timber/aluminium windows, positioned to gain sun, privacy, ambience and balance. There is a double entry, double garage (with internal access) as well as additional off street parking.  Ground-floor interior compromises entryway to an expansive, open-plan living and dining area. Double sets of french doors open on to garden and patio areas. This heart of the home gives light and height, has a feature fireplace and abundant wall space for home entertainment systems and art works and flows seamlessly toward the kitchen/breakfast area.  The hand-made kitchen presents state of the art appliances, abundant storage and preparation surfaces, featuring stunning white-ash worktops. The area provides a thoughtfully lit, welldefined cooking and entertaining space.  The ground floor also houses a separate laundry room with doorway to the rear garden, a cloakroom and under-stair storage.  A feature staircase takes you to second floor where 3 double bedrooms accommodate family, served by 2 luxurious bathrooms, 1 en-suite.  Windows are positioned to maximise light throughout the day but retain privacy.  Heated by dual heat-pumps (ducted around the home) and by the feature fire, this is a warm, well-insulated home which will breath and function efficiently in all seasons. Hard wood flooring manufactured by Mustard Construction throughout provides a practical, warm surface underfoot and completes the look of this striking interior.
