Re-Cladding to Refresh Street Appeal

This commercial building exterior looked tired and in need of a street appeal refresh.
When Peninsula Roofing & Scaffolding Ltd changed hands in July 2023, one of the first requests the new owners made of the landlord, was to change the look of the building exterior.
The existing colour was Limerick Green (historically iconic for the company...used on logos, vehicles and scaffolding). When customers asked for directions to the site, they were told 'the big green building just before the rubbish tip".
So, what better time to showcase the same COLORSTEEL® product we provide our customers. And what better installers than our own.
The cladding product used is COLORSTEEL® Custom Orb 0.40 Endura in "Windsor Grey" which matches the new windows installed as part of the refit, giving a unified on trend colour, while showcasing a classic corrugate cladding look.
Having the scaffold arm of the business also meant scaffold could be built as required to enable easy install of the cladding and new windows.......safe working decks right where they were needed for screw off and to undertake detail work.
