Real Estate Kitchen Design

Spayo - The Space Is Yours proudly presents the completion of a transformational project in 2024, where the essence of modern luxury meets functionality. Julie and Fraser's living area received a complete overhaul, with a re-layout of the first floor to accommodate a new and spacious kitchen. The design aimed at opening up the space to usher in a new living era while reinstating the much-deserved real estate view and opulence of their home.

With meticulous attention to detail, our team created additional storage and bench space, cleverly utilising an awkward corner as a pantry for Julie to conceal small appliances as she desired. The collaboration with this delightful couple has been a pleasure, as we worked together over the past few months to bring their vision to life. The result is a harmonious blend of style and practicality, a true reflection of their taste and our expertise in interior design.
