A contemporary single-level home designed for modern family living, balancing warmth, privacy, and indoor–outdoor connection.
Renwick is part of the Living Collection — a curated range of architect-designed homes available to be built across New Zealand through our network of regional builders.
This design delivers a warm, architectural living experience with a layout designed for comfort and connection. Its L-shaped form wraps around a generous patio space anchored by dual chimneys—offering both indoor coziness and an alfresco retreat. Inside, spacious living, dining, and kitchen zones flow seamlessly with full-height glazing and clean modern lines, while the private master suite and tucked-away scullery ensure both elegance and efficiency. With a palette of natural timber, raw concrete, and matte metal roofing, this home feels grounded, contemporary, and ready for life lived both inside and out.
