Since our formation in early 2007, Landmark Homes Gisborne (Bain Construction) has been at the forefront of building and construction, offering a true benchmark for outstanding workmanship in residential and rural settings. Our efforts have won both local and national recognition including a Gold Home Award in 2013, along with a category win at the Registered Master Builders’ Association House of the Year award ceremony.

Also in 2013, the C Company commissioned us to build the Memorial House Museum: a highly visible Gisborne landmark, and a project we are very proud of, having managed it through from initial planning to completion.
