Sensitively crafted with a focus on high end living at the forefront of its design, Seventy Seven South presents five exclusive townhouse residences in established surrounds. Spanning three floors, the dwellings encapsulate luxury lifestyle while complementing the local heritage and character of the neighbourhood. The starting point for our thinking was the significant trees that give the site its established feel, which has informed the architecture, interiors and landscaping. For instance, the materials we’ve chosen have a sense of dignity and permanence to them, so each home settles comfortably into its gracious garden setting. That feeling flows through our overall design. We’ve combined classical elements with a restrained palette of finishes that are applied in a contemporary and quietly luxurious way.
