Lighting control, AV, media room and security for a Matyas Architects beach house in Sorrento.
Sorrento House is a beach house on the Mornington Peninsula designed by Matyas Architects.
A house by the coast asks more of its technology than a city address does: it has to look after itself when nobody is there, and salt air, distance and patchy infrastructure forgive nothing. Reliability is designed in, not hoped for.
ZELO delivered the technology design and integration: lighting control, audio visual, media room, networking and wireless, intercom, and security alarm and cameras.
