The Spur Road Home is a modern, four bedroom, luxury residence in a highly desired site that was completed in 2022. It is situated to make the most of the sun and the outdoor living spaces, while the stone cladding and low pitch roof add an extra touch of luxury. Using the RCS plaster system, vertical cedar weatherboards and elements of natural schist claddings this elevated site creates a stand-out home.
The Spur Road Home has been awarded in multiple categories, most notably the Mid & South Canterbury Gold Award for House of the Year in 2023, as well as regional category winner and Top 100 awards for the same year.
