This home on the cliff in Stanley Point was a very special renovation. The only thing we couldn’t improve was the view of Auckland city from such a unique perspective!
The house undertook a full internal and external facelift including:
- New internally accessed double garage
- 3 new bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and an office added to the second story
- New wooden floors
- New living area with heated/polished concrete floor
- New outdoor entertainment areas with Vitex decking
- New American Oak spiral staircase
- Full reclad - Ground floorboard and batten, Second story weatherboard
- 5 new bathrooms
- Second story Vitex balcony
- Fully repainted
