LOC Construction were engaged to complete the Earthquake repairs on this substantial home in Strowan.

The earthquake reapirs included: 

Floor slab repairs (including removing a section and relaying)

Full replaster of the exterior

Roof repairs

Cosmetic repairs inside

The clients saw the opertunity to update their home and and the job became a full strip out of the interiors.

We worked with the clients and 'Inside out design' to create the stunning result in the photos below.

This included:

3 new bathrooms

1 powder room

New kitchen

New laundry

New floor coverings throughout the house

New built in joinery units

New lights and switch gear throughout the home

Plaster and paint throughout

The clients were thrilled with the finished product and are now enjoying their updated executive home.
