Our clients had a lovely character house that unfortunately also came with all the usual downsides such as cold and dark and with a layout that did not align with how we typically want to live today. With careful consideration for the sun and surrounding context, a new living space was added and the home replanned. This has created highly functional, light filled, warm spaces that connect seamlessly with the outdoors. A home that still maintains the old character but now provides a wonderful environment with all the benefits of contemporary living.

“What a change! Our dark and cold bungalow is now a warm and sunny home ideally suited to the way we like to live. We really valued how clearly Etch communicated and their ability to take the stress out of the build process.”
