This 1900s home in the heart of riwaka required some TLC. We demolished the back of the house giving the owners a beautiful new kitchen, living and dining room. We renovated the front of the house to create an extra bedroom and bathroom and seamlessly blended the old with the new by retaining the timber panelled ceiling, stained glass windows, front door, architraves and skirtings, the solid oak timber flooring blends the old with the new with sublime style. The house is made warm with central heating installed throughout and we fully repainted the exterior of the home. This renovation earned us a Bronze award in the renovation category at the 2022 Master Builders House of the Year awards!
