By Bremich Cabinetmakers
Design by Context Architects.
Bremich provided custom joinery for two seasons of TV3’s hit series, The Block NZ. Approached by The Blocks NZ’s architects, Context Architects, the stairs pictured were designed for two block houses, for Loz & Tom and Pete & Andy.
Built from American White Hash solid timber, the open tread staircases and balustrades were templated, built off site, delivered and installed – all within the shows incredibly tight time frames.
We specialise in crafting custom built joinery and furniture for commercial and high-end residential projects.
With a reputation for craftsmanship and excellence, we have been involved in some of Australasia’s premiere projects in the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors – Westpac (commercial branch fitouts), The Landing (bespoke residential development in the Bay of Islands), Sovereign Island (Gold Coast, AUS), Clooney Restaurant (Auckland) and flagship Speights Ale Houses (Blenhiem & Stonefields) to name but a few.
We work closely with our design partners and clients to create unique, beautiful solutions that you won’t find anywhere else.
Our focus is on designing and crafting to the highest standards. With owners who are craftsmen themselves, we have over 40 years combined knowledge and experience in delivering cabinetmaking.
And we have developed timber and metal finishes that are unique to Bremich – our Ebonized Oak™, Blackened Steel™ and Weathered Timber™ finishes feature in some of the stunning projects featured on this site.
From kitchens, bathrooms and joinery, to specialist furniture items – we love creating solutions that leave you wanting more.
