Working closely with the builder, Nick from Edge City Builders and the client, Bremich took on a challenging brief to create a kitchen that would live up to the client’s design expectations and the challenges of a difficult site.

This beautiful modern home overlooking Orakei Basin features a galley kitchen consisting of stainless steel, black oil finishes on quarter cut oak and a solid polished concrete island unit.

Restraints of the sloping site meant that delivery and installation of the island unit (which was heavy and delicate) required detailed co-ordination with the builder on site. The island unit was successfully craned to site, to the relief and delight of a very happy client.
