Designed to maximise space and indoor-outdoor flow, the Pool House is an entertainers dream! The living areas are all positioned on the ground level and open up to the louvretec covered deck and a stunning in-ground pool. Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms and a study, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The Master features the largest walk-in-wardrobe including a dedicated shoe-wardrobe! A beautiful Cedar-clad wall divides the two living areas, and incorporates a double-sided gas fireplace. The Cedar is also repeated in the kitchen island and adds a lovely warm ambience.
Welcome to Byrne Homes – (pronounced ‘burn’ - we know it’s confusing!) Yes we are an Auckland based multi award-winning building company, but enough about us – we want to talk about how we can help you!
4 reasons why you might consider to partner with us as your build team:
• We are honest. If you value transparency and open communication, we will make a great team.
• Quality is of utmost importance to us. We have very high standards and limit the projects we work on to ensure we can achieve this for you.
• We are a small yet experienced team of experts. We believe that bigger is not always better. We take a personal approach, choosing to work closely with you every step of the way, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
• We take a huge amount of pride in what we do. Our aim is always to exceed our clients expectations which is why we have so many happy Byrne Homes customers.
