For this new build project, we played a key role in selecting the colours and specifications for both the internal and external finishes, tailored to the client's vision of a masculine interior design. Emphasizing dark hues contrasted with a neutral palette, we chose deep charcoals and slate greys for the joinery, paired with wide-plank softer hues for the vinyl plank flooring. To add a subtle rustic feel, we incorporated black high-gloss tiles laid in a brick bond pattern for the kitchen splash back. The external finishes included dark woodgrain vertical panels combined with horizontal hardwood shiplap cladding in spotted gum, creating a cohesive and sophisticated look. These selections harmoniously blended industrial style with rustic touches, fulfilling the client's desire for a distinctive and inviting masculine space.
