Tucked behind the main dining room, just beyond the wine wall, lies The Vault, an intimate new space designed for dining and celebrating life’s special moments. Carrying through the charms of a European aesthetic, the walls are finished in a deeper shade of white using Ambitec's Suave Polished Plaster in Stone White with a medium-textured, medium-grade polish; the plaster complements the brasserie’s warm and timeless character. Contrasting dark timber furniture and joinery, paired with the soft glow filtering through green street-side windows, further accentuate the texture and movement of the rendered surfaces, creating a setting that feels both refined and warmly inviting.
