Filled with polished concrete floors throughout the kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms for easy cleaning that is still stylish, this townhouse build met its budget by making smart choices across the bathroom and kitchen appliances. Also worthy of a mention are the hidden beauties that can't be seen under all the whites - beautiful strong NZ made steel frames that are chemical-free, straight and will not rot, warp, twist or grow mould (ever.)
