Set within Unley’s Historic Conservation Zone and overlooking picturesque Unley Oval, this two-storey home was designed to suits its relatively constrained block size.

The owners wanted to push the design limitations on this project and while Council’s Heritage Advisor did not support the project, the Development Assessment panel overrulingly did, considering the project as a “high quality contemporary design”.
