"Six Senses Fiji is a luxury boutique resort, understated and rich in integrity, allowing the magic of the Fijian culture to be celebrated."

Six Senses Fiji is designed as a part of the South Pacific's premiere Marina resort development. Comprising of 60 luxury residences, these houses are also part of Six Senses Fiji’s extraordinary accommodation offering. The residences vary in size and average from approximately 600 square meters of interior and exterior space up to 1,000 square meters all with private pools and situated on the west side of the island where they enjoy the idyllic Fijian sunsets. Each luxury residence at Vunabaka will average between 3 and 5 bedrooms on 1/3 acre to 2 acre lots.

Construction of simple pavilions connected by covered walkways gives emphasis to both the outdoor spaces and to the wider environs. The generous dimensions afford the ultimate in barefoot luxury.

Sustainability lives at the foundation of the Six Senses Fiji and is reflected throughout the development through active management of energy, water, waste, biodiversity, purchasing and chemical usage. The resort is 100 percent solar powered by the largest micro grid in Fiji to use Tesla batteries. The project includes tree reforestation on site to offset wood used in construction and also coral reforestation to promote sea life and enhance the local marine environment.

Waterfall Associates Ltd. is the architect of record for the project, working closely with Richard Priest Architect and Space Interiors to deliver this large and complex high quality offering.

About the

Waterfall Associates is a design-led Architectural practice based on Auckland's waterfront.

We design liveable, functional, and memorable environments for people. Our practice is experience driven, and client focused. We seek particular, high quality architectural responses to each site, and to the specific needs of each commission. We look to the particularities of each project, its program, budget, physical and cultural contexts, to identify the most important issues to which the architecture responds.

We offer expertise across the range of architectural practice and building scale, including feasibility, master-planning, design documentation and contract administration.

We bring a public mindedness to the work, with each project considered within its broader contemporary environment, its impact on the public domain, sustainability, infrastructure and landscape.

We are fortunate enough to have received a number of National awards.
