Six Senses Fiji

"Six Senses Fiji is a luxury boutique resort, understated and rich in integrity, allowing the magic of the Fijian culture to be celebrated." Six Senses Fiji is designed as a part of the South Pacific's premiere Marina resort development. Waterfall Associates was part of a large team of consultants including Richard Priest and Space studio tasked with delivering 24 spacious villas ranging in size from 110 to 150 square meters and situated on the west side of the island where they enjoy the idyllic Fijian sunsets. All the villas have private pools. The property includes a superb range of culinary and beverage offerings, including two restaurants plus an outdoor pizzeria and grill, two bar options, a gourmet deli, and an ice creamery all set amongst tropical landscape. Locally inspired and sustainably sourced, the resort’s cuisine features ingredients grown onsite in the resort garden and from local farmers, markets and fishermen. Sustainability lives at the foundation of the Six Senses Fiji and is reflected throughout the resort through active management of energy, water, waste, biodiversity, purchasing and chemical usage. The resort is 100 percent solar powered by the largest micro grid in Fiji to use Tesla batteries. The project includes tree reforestation on site to offset wood used in construction and also coral reforestation to promote sea life and enhance the local marine environment. The resort features LED lights to ensure the highest levels in LED efficiency. The resort also includes a treetop yoga platform, state-of- the-art fitness gym, recreation club house with flood lit tennis courts and a comprehensive Kid’s Center. Other recreation activities on offer include world class surfing, boating, sailing, diving, snorkeling and sea kayaking. Also, a full-service marina is located within the resort and is available for guest’s private yachts, as well as for charter leisure boats.
