This gorgeous home was built specifically with the intention of being re-sold. Given it was my very own project it was an exciting feeling watching our vision become a reality through each little stage of improvement.

Before entering the house, your initial glimpse is of the stunning black linear exterior cladding and cedar feature that is contrasted against a glossy pink blush door. This creates a sophisticated, classic, yet soft and feminine touch. Inside you are greeted with a crisp and refreshing white interior, evoking a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Your first peek around the corner reveals a beautiful Kwila decking which stretches right around the front of the house. The tone of the house alters slightly as hues of black on black are present throughout the kitchen and laundry, evoking a dark and dreamy tone. I selected a splashback for the kitchen feature wall to add texture and vibrancy.

As you make your way to the bathroom, you will notice beautifully pressed tin tiles accompanied with black fittings that add a contemporary edge.

Last but not least, the master bedroom sanctuary features a roomy walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
