Werri Beach
The inspiration for the design came directly from the incredible location, perched on a slight rise this site takes in northerly sun, incredible views over Werri lagoon and north end Werri beach to the headlands beyond.
All living areas and bedrooms have been sited to take into consideration not only the views but the orientation.
As the sun moves across the sky different rooms become illuminated depending on function making the residence not only stunning to look at but highly functional in terms of usage, and thermal performance.
